New restaurant concept Mandolin Mediterranean Kitchen will be taking over the space at 6152 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs that was, until recently, home to MAYA Steaks & Seafood.
MAYA closed its doors on June 3 and the restaurant space was sold to restaurateur Okan Ozyurteri reported Tomorrow's News Today. Ozyurteri is also associated with Buckhead dining establishments Lavash Mediterranean Grill and Cabo Cantina.
The Mandolin menu will focus on Turkish and other Mediterranean food, including falafel and gyro plates.
Mandolin is expected to open this August.
