It was a space that wasn't likely to stay open long: Barely two weeks after Madre + Mason announced its closure , a new concept has cropped up to take its place.

Jai Ho Indian Kitchen & Bar, described in a Schumacher Group email as "an upscale casual hip and cool Indian fusion restaurant," will be located at 560 Dutch Valley Road NE in Atlanta, just off the Atlanta Beltline. The team behind Jai Ho, Anish and Paul Nair also own Savi Provisions markets, which have locations in Brookhaven, Buckhead, Inman Park and Midtown.

The 3,700-square-foot Jai Ho space will feature seating for up to 100 with a 14-seat bar, 30-seat lounge and patio seating for up to 60.
