Openings

The Consulate, from the owners of Honey Bubble Tea in Old 4th Ward, is now open at 10 10th St. NE is Midtown. The "global tapas" restaurant serves dishes with influences from Brazil, China, Greece, Italy, Ethiopia, Cape Verde, Russia, according to its Facebook page.
