From Owner Louis Soon, chef Christy Stone and the folks who brought South Main Kitchen to Main Street in Alpharetta,  Butcher & Brew is set to officially open for dinner on August 22, after a soft opening this weekend.

Located next door to South Main Kitchen at 3 South Main Street, "the American gastro sports pub" will offer a mix of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and bowls, seven days a week, with lunch and weekend brunch coming soon.

Look for 20 craft beers on tap, signature cocktails and the likes of pimento goat cheese fritters, crispy pork belly Bahn Mi, traditional French dip and the Paleo Bowl with sweet potato, spinach, caramelized onion, avocado, hardboiled egg and peanut spicy honey mustard.

"We want Butcher & Brew to be a place you can go to have a business or leisurely meal," Soon said in a press release. "A place you can watch the latest sports, have a craft beer and burger before a movie or indulge in a cocktail and appetizer after work with friends for happy hour. We want to bring guests the best food, drink and atmosphere that is perfect for any time or occasion.”
