A New Orleans-meets-Vietnamese spot -- and an entry on our list of most anticipated 2017 restaurant openings -- is set to open its doors next week.
Bon Ton will debut Jan. 10 at 674 Myrtle St. in the former Top Flr space in Midtown, Atlanta Magazine reports. Darren Carr, who previously owned Top Flr, Eric Simpkins of The Lawrence and Crawfish Shack's Hieu Pham are collaborating on the concept, which will serve up a variety of seafood including crab, fried fish and Vietnamese dishes such as 5-spice broccoli.
Simpkins' bar program will include frozen drinks, cocktails on tap, wine and beer. Tyler Blackbrave, formerly of The Sound Table, The Lawrence and Cockentrice, will serve as bar manager.
