JP Atlanta, John C. Portman, Jr.'s new restaurant at the Hotel Indigo in the 230 Peachtree building will open for dinner on Dec. 31.
Located close to the Downtown New Year's Eve action of the Peach Drop and the Chick-Fil-A bowl game, the restaurant is offering a prix-fixe three-course meal for $65 per person from executive chef Julio Delgado, including a glass of sparkling wine and dessert from pastry chef Megan Brent.
On the menu, butternut squash soup with cinnamon caraway marshmallow, slow-braised lamb with lemon-ricotta cavatelli, and triple chocolate mousse with praline crunch.
Reservations are required in the dining room between 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. and can be made by calling 404-523-7600 or via OpenTable.
