2025 season wrap-up: Dorsey, playing mostly wide receiver and free safety as a junior, had 46 receptions for 846 yards and nine touchdowns, made 28 solo tackles, intercepted four passes, made first-team AJC all-state and was the Region 2-4A athlete of the year for a 7-4 Class 4A team. He also rushed for 146 yards and four touchdowns on 18 carries as a quarterback. Dorsey, projected as a safety in college, is the first major Division I recruit for Hampton.

Kamarui Dorsey is making history at Hampton High School as the program's first AJC Super 11 selection and first major Division I football recruit. The Texas A&M commit starred on both sides of the ball last season, recording four interceptions on defense while adding 846 receiving yards and nine touchdowns on offense.
