With early voting set to end Friday, more than a half-million voters have hit the polls in Georgia ahead of the Nov. 4 election. The update comes as some local counties including Fulton have already reported surpassing their early voting totals from 2010, when Georgia last held a midterm election. Statewide, however, voters have some work to do to beat the state’s early voting tally from four years ago, when 774,690 people cast votes ahead of Election Day. Here are the numbers:

General Statewide Turnout

Number of ballots cast: 608,493

Number of ballots voted in person: 535,540

Number of mail-in ballots returned: 75,952

Number of mail-in ballots outstanding: 46,309

Top 5 Counties With Highest Turnout

Fulton: 61,647

DeKalb: 51,358

Cobb: 41,063

Gwinnett: 33,351

Henry: 19,972
