Zell Miller bought the first lottery ticket ever sold in Georgia. Today, 20 years later to the day, Miller, Gov. Nathan Deal and other dignitaries gathered at the University of Georgia Zell B. Miller Learning Center for a Lottery 20th Anniversary Ceremony.
