Monday: House and Senate convene at 10 a.m. for the first day of the 2015 legislative session.
Monday: Official inaugural swearing-in ceremony, 2 p.m., Liberty Plaza, across Capitol Avenue from the statehouse. Open to the public, but tickets are required. While no tickets remain, officials are working on plans for an overflow viewing area.
Tuesday: Georgia Chamber of Commerce's annual Eggs & Issues breakfast, 7:30 a.m., featuring speeches by Gov. Nathan Deal, Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle and House Speaker David Ralston, R-Blue Ridge. For tickets go here.
Wednesday: Deal delivers annual State of the State address at 11 a.m. to a joint session of the General Assembly. He's also expected to release his proposed budget for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
Thursday: Deal inaugural gala, Arena at Gwinnett Center, featuring country music performer Alan Jackson. Tickets required.
