My column today deals with the repair of Georgia’s bridges and the ramped-up maintenance that citizens can expect to see thanks to the new Transportation Funding Act. Our second column, from a local policy expert and streetcar critic, is a response to last week’s piece by Atlanta Beltline chief Paul Morris, who wrote about the benefits of the Atlanta Streetcar and its proposed expansion to the the Beltline, a popular trail that will eventually circle the city.
