Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park now has something refreshing to offer hikers.

Every weekend, now through Labor Day, park visitors can get convenience items at the top of the park.

Eastern National, a partner of the National Park Service, will sell  a variety of items including bottled water, Powerade, snacks, caps, t-shirts and  sunscreen. The sales trailer will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday and on holidays.

The nonprofit Eastern National’s mission is to promote the public’s understanding and support of America’s national parks and other public trust partners. A percentage of revenue generated from items sold goes directly back to support the park.
