A roundup of editorials Thursday takes a look at the Graham-Cassidy health care proposal. Despite a heavy agenda, the bill is likely to come up on the Senate floor next week.

Here are some opinions from the Left.

1. Cassidy-Graham is attractive in theory. But it has a giant flaw.

From The Washington Post: An experiment in democracy is interesting, but this bill doesn’t provide a fair one.

2. Graham-Cassidy has one great idea

From the New York Times: The bill would give too much control of health care to the federal government. In the end, if reform comes it should at least give the states more control over their health care systems.

3. Cassidy-Graham repeal plan isn't way to go on health care

From the New Orleans Times-Picayune: The latest Cassidy-Graham plan gives us what we don’t need – an end to Medicaid expansion, raising costs for many marketplace consumers and a bigger price tag for states.
