A roundup of editorials Wednesday includes a look at President Donald Trump’s speck to the United Nations on Tuesday.

Here are some opinions from the Left.

1. Motormouth Trump warns 'rocket man' Kim
From the Chicago Tribune: Trump was blunt in his comments about North Korea during his U.N. speech. Here's hoping his approach pays off.

2. President Trump Is Doing North Korea's Propaganda Work for Them

From Esquire: Charles Pierce thought Trump’s speech was “long, dumb, and insulting, … He hears cheering where there is no audience, and he doesn’t seem to realize that Richard Nixon’s “Madman Theory” only works if one side or the other is actually sane.” It goes on from there.

3. Trump at the UN: bluster and belligerence
From The Guardian: It's a nice thought, but nations acting in their own self-interest, as Trump suggested in his U.N. speech, will only lead to chaos.
