On Saturday, President Donald Trump spoke by phone with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger about November’s presidential election outcome.

Trump, who has refused to concede the election he lost to President-elect Joe Biden, repeatedly argued Raffensperger could change the certified results.

Here is a transcript provided by The Associated Press of that conversation.

The national fallout over Trump’s call continued Monday, with House Democrats circulating a petition calling for Trump’s censure and two top Democrats calling for an FBI investigation.

Congress is set to certify Biden’s win Wednesday, when it counts the Electoral College votes. Biden will be inaugurated Jan. 20.
