Dust off that old Halloween costume or take your favorite cosplay outfit out of storage. It can get you some free comic books.

If you show up in costume to Lawrenceville’s historic downtown square on Saturday, you can snag some freebies in honor of Free Comic Book Day. Businesses around the square will have free comic books for Gwinnett County’s own caped crusaders.

The event will last all day, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Quantities are limited, so you may want to exercise the superpower of punctuality.
