You're in luck if your version of a lovely Sunday is getting a historical tour of a cemetery.

Because Keep Marietta Beautiful and the Friends of Brown Park are "allowing citizens to step back in history and hear the tales of those interred," according to a Facebook post from the city of Marietta.

The tours run from 1:30 to 4 p.m at the Marietta Confederate Cemetery, 369 Powder Springs Road.

As if that wasn't enough: "Many of those buried at the cemetery will be portrayed by local reenactors and actual descendants."

Tickets are available on-site at $10 but $7 for seniors and students.

If that isn't your style, you can always see what's what at AccessAtlantaAs as for this weekend, check it out.
