"I'm the kind of brother

Who been doing it my way, getting my way for years

In my career ... "

If the beginning of Usher's early-aughts hit "Caught Up" speaks to you, then there's something you ought to know.

The Atlanta R&B star's youth nonprofit, Usher's New Look, is hosting the first Disruptive Innovation Summit for 300 folks ages 17 to 24 years old "who have an interest in changing the world," according to a news release.

When asked what that meant, the group’s CEO Yvette Cook said: “We are looking for a cross section of students from all walks of life who are actively involved in their communities whether that is high school, college, local community and other nonprofits.”

The event takes place at SunTrust Park over July 20 and 21.

As of Thursday, 175 people had registered, Cook said.

Confession: You'd better have $199 because that's how much registration costs for "disruptivators" and chaperones.

Usher, Vine star Jay Versace along with Atlanta speaker Kate Atwood and other "global innovators" will speak about their personal and professional journeys.

There will also be time for networking, breakout activities and performances.

“The summit is all about growing together – it’s going to be a transformative experience for attendees that will inspire leadership and creativity, Usher said in a statement.

There will also be a “Spark Tank Competition” — in the style of the show “Shark Tank” — in which people pitch their “disruptive innovation business or nonprofit idea” for the chance to win $5,000.

“These future leaders are the ones who are going to change the world for the better,” said Usher.
