A year after a New York City-based bookstore opened a location in Atlanta, it has added another shop to this city’s roster.

Posman Books, established in 1999, is now open at Westside Provisions District in addition to Ponce City Market. The two other stores from the family-owned business are in Manhattan.

The new store — a "pop-up" expected to stay open through the spring  — will sell cookbooks, toys, games and greeting cards in a 1,331-square-foot space in between Design Within Reach and Hudson Grace.

It will also hold events, such as book signings and family activities. The Ponce City Market location has held numerous drag queen storytime events, helping pave the way for the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System to hold a similar event in September.

Posman Books, at 1210 Howell Mill Road, will be open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
