Save the rebellion. Save the dream. Save the date.

You have the chance to join an intergalactic space rebellion based in the Star Wars universe Thursday at Kennesaw Library, 2250 Lewis St., from 3:30  to 5:30 p.m.

That's the same night the newest Star Wars movie, "Rogue One," premieres in the United States. The movie takes place just before the original 1977 film in the universe's timeline.

All ages are welcome, according to the Cobb County Public Library System.

You will train in target practice, covert operations, ship repairs, droid maintenance and more.

The library was sure to tag on at the end: "Don't forget to come in costume!"

May the force be with you — always.
