Gwinnett County will celebrate its diverse population on Saturday at its annual Multicultural Festival.

The event is a “celebration of the various cultures that make up Gwinnett,” a county release says. The event will also serve as an “open house” for residents to learn about county services.

Local cultural groups will perform a variety of folkloric and traditional dances, and food truck vendors will be on-site to sell a wide variety of treats. Officers from the Gwinnett County Police Department will be at the festival to meet residents, and one unlucky officer will be in a dunk tank. Kids can get their faces painted and jump in a variety of inflatables.

The festival is free to all and runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shorty Howell park. The park is located at 2750 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth. The event is hosted by the Gwinnett County Police Department, Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, Gwinnett Multicultural Advisory Committee, Center for Pan-Asian Community Services and Safe Kids Gwinnett.
