Wish the Gwinnett Braves would keep their name? Too bad. It's changing soon, to one of six "Name the Team" contest finalists.

But, you can still cling to nostalgia with deeply discounted Gwinnett Braves merchandise.

In order to clear out the soon-to-be out-of-date apparel and souvenirs, all Gwinnett Braves merchandise at the clubhouse is 50 percent off. The end-of-season sale is the last opportunity for you to stock up on G-Braves shirts, hats and other items.

The team hasn't said when precisely the new name will be revealed, but fans can expect to learn if they'll be rooting for the Gwinnett Buttons, Gwinnett Big Mouths, Gwinnett Gobblers, Gwinnett Hush Puppies, Gwinnett Lambchops or Gwinnett Sweet Teas in late October or early November.

The clubhouse is located at Coolray Field at 2500 Buford Dr. in Lawrenceville. It’s open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
