Fulton County roads are passable in South Fulton, a county spokesperson said, but people are still being encouraged not to drive.

Icy spots persist, particularly in shady areas and on bridges and overpasses, said Jessica Corbitt, a Fulton County spokesperson. Fulton County only treats roads in the city of South Fulton and the Fulton Industrial area. On Wednesday morning, Corbitt said two sand spreaders were treating bridges and roads in the area.

All fire station entrances have been treated. There are no reports of any traffic signals being out in the area.

County staff will monitor roads for black ice, and treat as needed.
