President Barack Obama will travel to Atlanta on March 16 to raise money for his re-election campaign, a Democratic official told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Details of Obama's visit were not immediately available but the trip comes 10 days after the state's presidential primaries.
Obama lost Georgia in the 2008 general election to Republican John McCain.
