There are several ways to celebrate Black History Month, and Giphy is doing so by paying homage to the beauty of black hair.

With a series of GIFs, the company has collaborated with a few artists to illustrate the many styles and struggles uniquely experienced by African-Americans.

Box braids, afros and Bantu knots are just a few of the hairdos that have influenced fashion trends. But take a look at some of the day-to-day moments that aptly capture the black hair experience.
