When Ashley Lang’s beloved Golden Retriever, Wagner, died at the age of 12, she spread his ashes in a favorite spot in the middle of a field.
What happened next amazed Lang and a friend, who was photographing the touching moment.
The image appears to show the silhouette of a dog.
Was it Wagner's ghost? According to DogTime, Lang believes it was just Wagner's way of offering her a final goodbye in this world.
