Atlanta Hawks' Kent Bazemore will host his third annual celebrity UNO and golf tournament Saturday night in Atlanta to benefit his ARMS Foundation.
The evening -- which promises to be fun, festive and filled with competitive UNO games (against dozens of competitors including professional NBA players) -- is open to the public.
For tickets and more information, go to www.ARMSFoundation.org. Tickets to play in the tournament start at $50. Spectator tickets are $25. Tickets will be available at the door.
The Hawks guard, known for his playful and upbeat personality, will also hold a golf tournament fundraiser Monday. Among those expected to participate in the fundraisers include the Hawks’ John Collins, the Falcons’ Warrick Dunn, the Braves’ Brian Jordan, the PGA Tour’s Marc Leishman and actor RonReaco Lee.

The ARMS Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit with its mission statement “to promote, motivate and inspire any young child who aspires to be part of the next generation of leaders.” The UNO tournament will be held at Westside Culture Center in Atlanta Saturday 7 p.m.-11 p.m. The event features food, drinks and entertainment including lots of UNO playing.
Full disclosure: My daughter, Isabel Feagans, won the tournament last year (and is featured in the video above). The year earlier, another child -11-year-old Gracie Weeks - won the tournament.
