Jeannie and Noah Waldman fell in love with the views and location of their building when their daughter lived there. After she moved they purchased their 34th floor Atlanta apartment in 2019.
“It feels like a little sanctuary in the sky,” said Jeannie. “It has such an ease and such an elegance about it in terms of the colorations and just the feel of the place.”
Noah and Jeannie worked with Shane Meder of Black Sheep Interiors to style their new space, which is a vacation home away from their first home in Suwanee.
“Shane is such a genius visually. I think he can envision a room and find its purpose,” said Jeannie.
Features like the barstool dining and chic contemporary art made Shane’s design perfect for the homeowners.
“He recognized that we didn’t need a table and chairs in there, because one of the things that we enjoy so much when we go down there is to go to all of the restaurants,” said Jeannie. “So he created what he calls the cocktail lounge.”
The floor-to-ceiling windows are stunning, bringing light and panoramic views to every room of the condo.
“We call it our little nest in the sky,” said Jeannie. “The view is spectacular. The whole place has a very serene feel, and then the view just adds another dimension that is breathtaking.”
