This regal mansion sits on three-and-a-half acres located off West Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta’s swankiest neighborhood, and it can be yours for just $5 million.

The descriptions says it was built in 1926 before a loving restoration that added new bathrooms and a kitchen. The house is 12,060 square feet and includes a pool house, four-car garage, pool and wet bar.

According to Zillow, the price was cut on July 2 by $250,000. This fits a trend of $500K and $250K price cuts every few months since the home was listed for sale in September 2013.
