According to Builder and Developer, Gwinnett County is one of the hottest housing markets in metro Atlanta. Real estate agent Susan Craig, of Re/Max Center, said she's had buyers arrive at open houses ready to make a deal. "Open houses have really been effective lately," said Craig.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Michael Kanell reported that in April, Gwinnett had the "fastest-moving," real estate market among metro Atlanta's core counties.
