A toddler riding in a "popemobile" dressed as the pope caught the attention of President Barack Obama at the annual White House Halloween event. Obama declared the mini-pope had won the "top prize."

The president and the first lady handed out cookies, fruit bars, kettle corn and other candies and fun prizes like baseball cards starring their dogs Bo and Sunny.
