Medicare open house set for Austell

GeorgiaCares and the Atlanta Regional Commission will host a Medicare open house on Friday in preparation for the open enrollment period which begins next month.

Experts will explain changes and options in Medicare benefits for older adults and people with disabilities. Medicare open enrollment this year runs Oct. 15-Dec. 7.

The pre-enrollment open house begins at 1. p.m. on Friday at Gold’s Gym-West Cobb, 2840 East West Connector in Austell.
