Happy Father's Day to hot dads in Georgia

Father's Day falls on the first day of summer this year, so we're honoring Georgia's "hot dads."

This is Adam Conn of Acworth. "He's an amazing, hard working father to our son Jacob," wife Deanna Conn says. "He helps Jacob with homework, building projects, and to be self-confident in anything he does."

Alex Kim, of Duluth, is Justin's dad. Miriam Kim says: "Alex is a wonderful father! Our family and friends all know him as the amazingly dedicated, selfless father that any child could merely wish for. It is for these and a plethora of other reasons that he is the No. 1 dad!"

This is Andrew Billings of Atlanta. McKenzie Billings says, "Our daughter is so lucky to have such a loving dad!"

Jaime Sarrio McMurtrie says husband Andrew McMurtrie "is an awesome dad because he makes the best lunches, gives the best piggy-back rides (or “Daddy Tiger” rides as we like to call them), and he is the best at pigtails. Happy Father’s Day!"

This is Andy Makowsky of Sugar Hill. His daughters, Allie and Courtney say: "My dad is great because he always supports us and helps us with whatever we want to do. He has two daughters, and he's taught us all about baseball, softball, pitching, football, racing, fishing, trains, Legos and cars. He's funny and always cheers us up if we have a bad day."

This is Ben Zeifman's first Father's Day with 5-month-old Beckett. Zeifman's dad died a few years ago, and Father's Day was a time he and his wife, Francesca, would reflect on that. This year will also be a time for the Smyrna couple to celebrate Ben carrying on the many traditions he once shared with his father. His wife says: "I couldn't have asked for a better husband, partner, friend and therapist ... and it doesn't hurt he's nice to look at too. There is truly nothing sexier than seeing dads in action. Happy Father's Day to all the hunks out there."

This is the first Father's Day that Dahlonega's Brad Blaze will spend with daughter Belle. Terri Blaze says, "Brad enjoys working out, trying new restaurants, and watching Phineas and Ferb with Belle."

This is the first Father's Day celebration for Brad Wakins of Kennesaw. His wife, Erin, says: "Amelia is so lucky to have such a wonderful, godly man to be her father."

This is Brandon Ellis, who lives in DeKalb County and became a dad in January. His sister Rebekah Reid says, "He is the best brother, and father to Timothy!"

Meet Chauncey R. Scott of Atlanta, a single, full-time dad of 7-year-old Omar. Emily Cramer says: "He puts in days, evenings and weekends to be a good father to his energetic son. The top priorities for Omar are school and getting good grades; Omar was on the A and B honor roll last year, thanks to his dad's coaching and encouragement."

This is Chris Cooksey of Duluth, with daughter Charlotte. Amy Cooksey says: "Chris is one hot dad! This picture was taken 13 years ago when my daughter was about 6 months old and we were both first experiencing the joys of parenting (and is one of my personal favorites). He is a great father to our two children, Charlotte age 13 and William almost 12. He is a patient father and always has time for his family. We love him dearly and wish him the best Father’s Day."

This is Chris Horner of Brookhaven. "Chris is an amazing example of a dad," wife Valeria says. "He can make Quinn laugh instantly; he takes her to all the fun sporting events around town; he loves being a kid himself; and he makes sure to always tell her how smart and beautiful she is each day. He is a super dad, and our sweet daughter will know one day how special he really is." Also, June 19 is Chris Horner's birthday!

This is Chris Irvin of Marietta and daughter Isabella. "Chris is such a wonderful, doting dad who adores his little girl and spending time with her!" Nicole Santelli says of her husband. "I am in constant awe at how hard he works to provide for us and how hands-on he is with her."

Darrell Perry Jr. of Atlanta "works from home on Fridays," Tacoma Perry says. "And he's the only man I know who can simultaneously analyze millions of dollars in inventory and nurture his children. Now, that's hot!"

Drew Swango of Canton is celebrating his first Father's Day, with 7-month-old Lilith. His wife, Donna Knoll, says: "He loves and adores Lilith very much. Her face lights up with a smile when she sees her daddy! Happy Father's Day!"

This is Eric Wright of Decatur. His mother, Mary Galardi, says: "He's father to Lainey (pictured) and Bree. He's an amazing father and adores his girls. "

Hector Perez is "humble, funny, loving and caring, but most of all he's my No. 1 love," daughter Stephanie Perez says. "I just want him to know how much I love him and how proud I am to call him my father."

Jasmine Smith says James B. Smith of Decatur "is one of the most caring and loving people you could ever meet! He has always been a great father and grandfather. He never lets me down, and I can always count on him! Love you, Dad!"

This is Joseph Brewer of Lithonia. "Thank you, Pops, for being loving, honest, kind," Jasmine Smith says. "Thank you for being my best bud and always being there with and for me! Love you, and I can't wait for many more years to come."

Meet Jason Kavorovic. His friend Ramona Rowell says, "He is one the best dads I know. If he's not with his boys, he's planning what to do with them. Just mention them and watch him light up."

This is Jason Moulder of Lawrenceville. His family says, "He is the best dad I have ever seen and his boys love him dearly."

Meet Jeffrey Harvey of Macon. Tiffany Bryant says, "He is a lobbyist, a man of faith, a devoted husband, an amazing father, and a pilar of strength."

Jermaine Donaldson of Buckhead is an amazing father of twins, who puts others first and him last," Misaki Donaldson says. "He meets his family’s needs with patience, and leads up with love. He is our hero, in fact, the hottest one out there!"

Joe Caito lives in Franklin. Michelle Caito says her husband is a hard-working man who will be 55 next week. "We love him to the moon and back. ... God bless this wonderful man."
