Why put cheese on crackers when you can buy crackers that already taste like cheese? The pretzel folks at Snyder’s of Hanover have come out with a line of light and crispy snack crackers in an assortment of cheese flavors. We tried the smoked gouda variety, which did indeed taste delightfully of smoked gouda. They’re made from potato starch, so they’re lighter than most crackers, and that also makes them gluten free, if you need that.
