Pita chips are almost a staple these days, but now cookbook author Maya Kaimal has upped the ante with flame-baked naan chips, light and flaky toasted triangles of the traditional Indian flatbread naan. They’re so good they don’t even need to be dipped. They come in sea salt and “almost everything” flavors, but our favorite is the mildly spiced rosemary.
