Q: Way back in the '70s, we used a shampoo that smelled so wonderful and it was called Body on Tap. I would do anything to be able to find this shampoo again but haven't had any luck. Q: I had been given packets of a ginger drink that dissolves in hot water. It's manufactured by Gold Kili Trading Enterprise. It is delicious in hot tea, iced tea or by itself. It helps with an upset stomach. I cannot find it. Please help! — Rona Balser, Atlanta

Q: I've got a product that I used faithfully but the company that produced it has changed its product line. I have curly, dry hair. I used to get Ojon Finishing Paste mostly on QVC, but have found it at Sephora and Ultra when I needed it fast. Again, it looks like they may have changed the product line a bit, and they do not have it at any of the Ulta stores I checked, and QVC says it does not carry it any more. The last time I purchased it was in January.

A: Marisa, I spoke with two different people at Ojon. First, I phoned the customer service line and was told that the product received a new name and was now called Animated Volumizing Cream. But a cream and a paste are two fairly different creatures, so I called the corporate office and received a completely different answer. The finishing paste has been discontinued, not renamed and, according to the marketing person I spoke with, the stock was completely depleted. However, I found Ojon conditioning finishing paste in 3.36-ounce jars for $25 each at Ariva Skin Care and Day Spa, 800-932-2357 or www.ariva.com. Stock up and then fall in love with one of the many other molding pastes that are still on the market.
