12Stone Church recently broke ground on a new facility in Buford which will include a worship center that seats 650 people.

The church had been meeting at Lake Lanier High School for more than two years.

The campus is located on 12 acres at the corner of Buford Highway and Thompson Mill Road, adjacent to the new Buford High School. It is scheduled to open in fall 2018.

The campus will cover 30,000 square feet and contain a worship center which seats 650 people.

12Stone will celebrate three decades since opening at the Gwinnett Cinemas in 1987.  Currently, the church has eight campuses. They are located in Bethlehem, Braselton,  Buford, Flowery Branch, Hamilton Mill, Lawrenceville,  Snellville and Sugarloaf.

Combined, weekly attendance average 17,000.
