In Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood, a development of 66 townhomes, painted in bright hues of pink, green, purple and blue are now for sale in the $300,000 price range.

The development from Empire Communities has been dubbed “Paintbox.” The townhomes are situated at 2012 Memorial Drive between Palatka and Howard streets.

The units, which start around $331,000, come in 15 different exterior colors, which were chosen with input from local artists, according to the developer.

“Paintbox located in Kirkwood is crafted to reflect the bright and spirited dwellers that will live there,” a representative with the project told WhatNowAtlanta. “Colorful exteriors will be matched by curated floor plans that make possible a new era of homeownership in one of the city’s most desirable in-town locations.”

Inside, the units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are just more than 1,100 square feet.

While already for sale, the homes are expected to be move-in ready in December.
