Locals looking for a summer staycation often turn to Airbnb to find the coolest metro area rentals. But booking the most popular Airbnb properties in Atlanta can be a challenge.
Coveted properties may also come with a higher-price tag (the treehouse rents for $375 per night) but there are several brand new listings that offer a cool place to stay at a lower price.
Here are three Airbnb spots that are so new they haven’t been reviewed yet.
Be among the first to check them out this summer before they become Atlanta’s next most popular Airbnb.
This newly built one-room farmhouse in the heart of Grant Park was inspired by the landscape of rural Georgia. It was constructed almost entirely of reclaimed materials including exterior siding that came from a Civil War era home, a historic cotton mill and a two room schoolhouse built in the early 1900s. The sound of rain on the tin roof will lull you to sleep in the antique king-size bed. Other details include stained glass windows, a washboard sink and 40s era metal cabinets in the kitchen. The bathroom features a tiled shower and distressed medicine cabinet. Located above non-living personal space, the farmhouse offers the feel of a rural getaway in a neighborhood with a wide range of attractions. The first three guests to book a stay between now and Aug. 10 will get 20 percent off.
Minimalists will want to check out this one-bedroom condo located within one mile of some of Atlanta’s biggest attractions including the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium and Mercedes Benz Stadium. In addition to the all white decor (blank, not blanc), the space features amenities such as a Dyson air purifier, Philips Hue lighting and a queen-size bed decked out in Hotel Collection bedding. The listing has been viewed more than 100 times in the past week so get your reservation in now.
Located across the street from Freedom Park, this three bedroom Candler Park vacation oasis sleeps eight. The newly renovated 1928 brick craftsman bungalow also features an under deck outdoor space for relaxing outside. The fridge is stocked with beverage and breakfast items and the rental also includes the use of bikes, helmets, tennis rackets, yoga mats and more to enjoy the nearby park and Atlanta Beltline. The master bedroom features a zen in-suite bathroom and there is a secure dog run on the property that is perfect for pets.
