Will Smith's father has died, ex-wife says

Fletcher shared a photo of Smith, Willard, and her son with Smith, Trey, now 23.

Smith has yet to make a public statement about the news.

He previously said that his relationship with his father was his inspiration to be a part of his own children’s lives.

"I look at my father and how he was able to keep four kids fed and clothed and still managed to find time to spend with us," he said.
