Tyler Perry isn't worried about the dryness that comes with frequent hand washing. In fact, he recently put it on display and declared he'll keep up the recommended habit to ward off the coroanvirus.

Recently, Perry shared he’d been listening to Yolanda Adams’ “This Too Shall Pass” to remain positive amid COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.

But the star turned to humor on Twitter to spread the positivity and share that he's serious about keeping up with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's recommendation for hand-washing.

“I don’t care how ashy I get! I will keep washing my hands!! Y’all stay safe! Wash your hands!! And keep up the social distancing! Let’s help stop this thing!” Perry wrote in the caption of a photo. In it, Perry looks at an ashen hand he held in front of his face.

“Wanted to make you laugh but Pray, Church, Pray!!” he added.

Perry posted the image on his Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and several celebrities chimed in.

“Same same,” commented “Black-ish” star Tracee Ellis Ross.

Kwaylon "Blameitonkway" Rogers, who owns the Atlanta seafood spot Krab Queens, also replied.

“Wait! Tyler! Whyyyy,” wrote the social media influencer.

“Yess wash wash wash,” commented Tina Knowles-Lawson, the mother of singers Beyoncé and Solange Knowles.

“SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks like I switched hands with an elder my hands are so dry and crinkled!” remarked actress Kerry Washington.
