Another month, another Twitter debate over which singer’s catalog would be deemed supreme in an online battle.

This time, Usher was pitted against Justin Timberlake amid speculation from Ne-Yo about the two going head-to-head in the sensational “Verzuz” music battle series.

“I wanna see Usher versus Justin Timberlake,” Ne-Yo told Nick Cannon on “Nick Cannon Radio” Wednesday. “That would be crazy.”

Cannon thought the winner would easily be Atlanta’s own Usher.

“I think Usher (is going to) body him, just hit-for-hit wise,” Cannon said. “If he can bring ‘N Sync in then that’s a different (thing)...but if it's just hit-for-hit...’cause I mean, Usher just got more albums.”

“I don't know, though, Ne-Yo said. “I feel like it would be an entertaining battle.”

Twitter users have also shared their thoughts about whose music reigns supreme.

Both Usher and Timberlake emerged as popular singers in the 1990s, with the former releasing his self-titled debut album at 15-years-old and the latter gaining success in Europe as the lead singer for ‘N Sync before their self-titled debut album was released in the United States.

Since then, both performers have racked up numerous hits over the last two decades. Usher’s include “You Make Me Wanna...,” “Yeah!” and “DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love.” Timberlake’s hits include “It’s Gonna Be Me” with ‘N Sync and solo tunes like “Mirrors” and “Can't Stop the Feeling!”
