On Thursday night's episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Meghan Trainor appeared and performed her new hit single, "Me Too."

Throughout the entire performance, Trainor danced and pranced across the stage -- while wearing what looks to be five inch platform heels -- flawlessly. But, at the end of the song, Trainor took a nasty tumble.

When she turned around quickly and grabbed the microphone, it looks like Trainor's shoe slipped and she twisted her ankle, falling to the floor. Host Jimmy Fallon joined her onstage and laid down next to her as she laughed, trying to compose herself.

"Oh my God," Fallon laughed. "Almost. Almost, every single dance move. Grabbing the mic is the toughest."

She definitely brushed it off like nothing happened.
