A deleted (and possibly controversial) scene from the popular '80's film 'Back to the Future' is making its way around the internet.

The scene shows Marty McFly and Doc Brown discussing their plan to seduce Marty's mother right before the Enchantment Under the Sea dance in an effort to make his 'future' parents fall in love.

"This is the kind of thing that could screw me up permanently," Marty argues. "What if I go back to the future and I end up being…gay?"

Of course since the scene is set in the 1950's, Doc Brown cluelessly replies, "Why shouldn't you be happy?"

NewNowNext.com posted the video say 'hey, it was the '80's, people were less enlightened' in reference to Marty's comment.

The deleted scene is among the extras in a DVD release of the movie celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
