MILTON

St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at Olde Blind Dog Irish Pub

It’s a two-day soiree at this restaurant and watering hole as things go decidedly green. The outdoor festivities sprout like a four-leaf clover at 2 p.m. on Saturday with live music featuring Parcel of Rogues, Duncan McLauchlan and Fisheye. On St. Patrick’s Day itself, grab some hair of the dog beginning at 9 a.m. with its Kegs and Eggs breakfast buffet. The music continues at 2 p.m. with Keltic Kudzu, Mickle-A-Do and Red, White & Blue Band.

11 a.m.-2 a.m. March 16; 9 a.m.-11 p.m. March 17. Free before 2 p.m. $10 thereafter. Olde Blind Dog Irish Pub, 12650 Crabapple Road, Milton. 678-624-1090, www.oldeblinddog.com.

KENNESAW

St. Patrick’s Day at Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery

If Hooters waitresses entered a highland games competition, they’d probably look like the skimpy-kilt-wearing female staff at this sports bar chain. The Kennesaw location will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with live Southern rock from the Jimmy Dean Band (5-10 p.m.). The bartenders will pour green beer and drink specials throughout the day. A special menu, dubbed the Irish Hooley, features traditional grub such as scotch eggs, shepherd’s pie, and corned beef and cabbage.

11 a.m.-midnight March 17. Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, 780 Cobb Place Blvd., Kennesaw. 678-213-5458, www.tiltedkilt.com/locations/kennesaw/.
