Lucky’s open at Town Brookhaven

The second location of the popular Roswell spot Lucky's Burger & Brew is now open for lunch and dinner at Town Brookhaven. Lucky is the name of the owner's pet golden retriever, honored on the logo and dog-friendly patio. Besides burgers and sides, the menu features sandwiches, wings, salads and desserts. Find a full bar with cocktails, a concise wine list, and beer ranging from old school cans to craft drafts. 305 Brookhaven Ave., Suite 1250, Atlanta. 678-705-1713, luckysburgerandbrew.com.

TRACE opening at W Atlanta Midtown

The W Atlanta Midtown is opening TRACE, a new "farm-to-hotel" concept celebrating Southern cooking, on June 19. The restaurant, which replaces Spice Market, will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktails at the bar seven days a week, with Shean Suter as chef and general manager. Dishes include Georgia shrimp and grits, and chicken and waffles made with bacon-spiked Springer Mountain chicken and Sweetwater bacon syrup. 188 14th St. NE, Atlanta. watlantamidtown.com.

Slice & Pint brewery pouring party

Nearly a year after Crawford Moran, the owner and brewmaster of 5 Seasons Brewing Co., partnered with Russ Yates to open Slice & Pint in the Emory Village space formerly occupied by Everybody's, the pizza brewpub is finally featuring its own beer on draft. Beginning at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, join an all-day pouring party with music, a corn hole contest, and 11 new beers, including the Druid Belgian-style golden ale, Village Idiot wit, Fallstaff ESB, and Citra IPA. 1593 N. Decatur Road, Atlanta. 404-883-3406, sliceandpint.com.
