Relocating from its Snellville location, DeCuir Gourmet has opened its cafe in Smyrna. Owner David DeCuir, born and raised in Baton Rouge, La., serves what he calls "richly seasoned Cajun food." Lobster, shrimp and crab macaroni tops the menu along with other traditional Cajun seafood dishes and bourbon-soaked raisin bread pudding. Todd Mussman and Ryan Turner of Muss &Turner's partnered with chef Chris Hall from 4th & Swift to open their new restaurant, Local Three, on Dec. 1. This Athens-based chain opened its sixth location in Roswell in early November. The concept centers on diners designing their own pizza from scratch. First, you select your crust, and the pie moves down the assembly line, where you choose from more than 30 toppings, including green apples, sweet corn and sun-dried tomatoes.
