It’s hatch chile season, and isn’t always the season for supporting a good cause?
To celebrate both, Fox. Bros. BBQ is teaming up with Taqueria del Sol for Foxeria del Sol Hatch Chile Fest. The Aug. 28 block-party style event will see Taqueria del Sol Chef Eddie Hernandez team up with Jonathan and Justin Fox of Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q to create a hatch chile-inspired menu with a variety of dishes. Included will be access to several food stations and live music, and proceeds will go to benefit Hogs for the Cause, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for pediatric brain cancer outreach services. Local beer will be available for purchase for an extra charge.
