The Farmer Fund calendar release party. 5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22. The Cathedral of St. Philip at 2744 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta. Early Bird tickets available for $65 until Aug. 1. Get more information and purchase tickets here.

If you can't get enough of your favorite chefs from eating at their restaurants, you'll soon get the chance to hang them on your wall -- year round.

The Farmer Fund—an Atlanta nonprofit founded in 2015 to serve metro Atlanta farmers in the face of natural disaster— will host the release party for its 2017 calendar Aug. 22 at The Cathedral of St. Philip. The calendar will feature local chefs (including Ryan Smith of Staplehouse, Hugh Acheson of Empire State South and 5&10 and Savannah Haseler of Twains Brewpub & Billiards) in nothing but Hedley & Bennett aprons with the farmers who grow their food (including Brent Hall of Free Wheel Farm, Wes and Brad Swancy of Riverview Farms and Matthew Bagshaw and Christi Hansen of Hungry Heart Farm).

The event will feature food and beer from local restaurants and breweries including Makan, Wrecking Bar Brewpub, Red Brick Brewing and Second Self Beer Company -- which will be debuting a Serviceberry Saison at the event -- and live music. All guests will receive a copy of the calendar (it will be available for purchase after the event for $20). There will also be an apron fashion show and live auction emceed by chef Chris Hall of Local Three featuring blow-up prints of calendar outtakes.

Lauren Carey, the executive director of Peachtree Road Farmers Market and Darla Synnestvedt, the director of catering and events at Farm Burger, founded The Farmer Fund last year to serve the farmers who feed Atlanta’s families. The 2016 calendar release party raised more than $30,000.
