Victoria's Secret says it's 2009 "What Is Sexy?"list celebrates a "return to romance." In honor of the new Vintage Victoria lingerie collection, this year's list is a tribute to the sexiest stars of the past and present. To celebrate the 4th annual list, Victoria's Secret Angels Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes hosted a party on Feb. 11 in New York City at the Bowery Hotel.
